At Greener Way, our organizational structure comprises three integral tiers: the Advisory Team, the Executive Management, and the Operations Management Unit. These divisions work in synergy to drive our mission and vision.

Inspired by Bhutan's Gross National Happiness Development Philosophy, we are passionately committed to creating a safe and healthy environment. Our mission is to reduce reliance on landfills and incinerators through innovative reuse and recycling programs. With a range of initiatives in place, we are actively working towards our vision of a clean and environmentally rich Bhutan, addressing global climate change issues.

To be the leading catalyst for a waste-free Bhutan, where waste is recognized as a valuable resource. Our portfolio of services encompasses a comprehensive array, including waste collection, segregation, recovery, recycling and consulting services.

In 2018, Greener Way achieved a significant milestone by establishing Bhutan's inaugural Material Recovery Facility, significantly boosting our waste recovery efforts. Furthermore, in 2019, we proudly introduced a sister company, Eco-pole, specializing in the recycling of recovered LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, and MLP materials into eco-friendly plastic posts and delineators.
